Eligibility:
- Enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B
- Eligible for Medicaid Benefits
- Continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium, if it’s not paid by Medicaid or another payer
- Must live in our 15-county service area:
- Albany, Broome, Columbia, Delaware, Erie, Greene, Madison, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady
